There are countless bath and beauty brands out there, and it's nearly impossible to distinguish one as better, healthier, or more organic. However, when a brand offers healthy, organic ingredients alongside a socially conscious mission, I feel compelled to be involved both as a consumer and as the copywriter.
Formerly called The Hope Soap Project, Lark Bath & Beauty rebranded in 2016 and launched with a new website, revamped packaging, and an expanded purpose. Just as before, the Lark brand focuses on supporting victims of sex trafficking and gives a portion of their proceeds to organizations that work to empower and bring women into freedom and restoration.
I worked alongside their designer (Shane Kingery) to create content for their website. The goal of copy was simple, honest messaging that highlighted Lark's philanthropic angle and showcased their growing line of soaps.
